This will be a short post as I am trying to do a million things in preparation for our trip up north. We have not been up there in what feels like forever and I am so excited to be able to head up to the lake for a nice long, relaxing spring break!
In other news, I am sad to say that MSU lost yesterday, but give my sincerest congratulations to our NCAA bracket winner - Captain Bardyna a.k.a. Michael who chose the winning team. He is the proud winner of a night out on the town to a restaurant of his picking. Lucky dog. I was leading in the standings for quite some time, but Michael is a fierce competitor who was not afraid to throw it in my face that I LOST!

In this case, the Spartan (an ancient warrior, well equipped for battle) or a Tarheel (some naked, dirty hillbilly). Michael chose the naked guy, because, he's naked and dirty and he's not coming inside anytime soon what with all that tar on him.
Never underestimate a hillbilly.
I love the reasoning from Michael.
Have a safe trip up North. Be careful swimming. I hear the sharks and jellyfish are active this time of year. :)
p.s. Sorry about Michigan State. I was hoping you'd pull it off. It was a great run though.
