Ahhhhhh...

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Once again, Mike rules. Things have been pretty crazy/busy around here lately so imagine my excitement when I received his call around 5:30 yesterday letting me know that he had purchased me several hours worth of massage time at a new place that opened up near his work. And as I could have my first appointment last night, I jumped at the chance. I loaded up the kiddos and dropped them off with Mike and went for a wonderful massage. I loved it. So incredibly relaxing!!!

Sadly, I think the last time I went for a massage was when I was prego with Michael and having HORRIBLE sciatic nerve problems. I actually got STUCK on the massage table when it was time to get up and put my clothing back on. I think I was about 7 or 8 months along and HUGE and the pain was shooting up my leg too badly when I tried to get up. It was so awful that I think I might have cried. So pathetic. ANYWAY...

The boys in the meantime ordered pizza and then I joined them to watch the Planet of the Apes. Great movie. I know that I have seen bits and pieces on TV over the years, but never sat down to watch the whole thing. "Get your stinking paws off me you damn dirty ape!!!!!"

Well, back to reality. I have been painting our bathroom upstairs these last few days and decided now would be a good time to finish painting the trim in our hallway too. A project I started last year mind you!!!!!!!!! And not the end of last year, rather the beginning of last year. Let's just say that I am not strong in the project completion department. Oh, well. C'est la vie!
