Neti Pot

I have two words for you: Neti Pot

Mike has felt horrible this past week and decided it was time to take matters into his own hands, so off to the local health food store he went to purchase a Neti Pot. The name alone cracks me up, but apparently it has done wonders for him and he instantly feels better after using it. I don't even know where to begin when describing it so it I figured it was best just to provide a video for your enjoyment. Just substitute Mike in for the lovely model.



The boys and I have watched in awe, horror and amusement as Mike has done his nasal cleaning these past two days. It is actually quite hilarious if you can get past the grossness of it.

So, for anyone who has been feeling a little clogged or stuffy, or anyone who is just looking for something new to add to their daily routine, may I suggest the Neti Pot.

In other news, I got my Christmas gift early this year and LOVE IT! Thank you boys! Mike and the boys got me a new camera last week and it is AWESOME! The choice came down to a sewing machine (which I have desperately wanted for a while now but have yet to splurge on) and a camera. After a fitful few minutes of indecision, I decided to go with the new camera as I have been complaining about my old one forever now. The camera takes FABULOUS pictures as well as video and I have been taking pictures like a crazy woman - even more so than usual. So below are some pictures from the boys today:
