Mike pointed this video out to me last week.
It's kind of long, so if you don't want to watch the whole thing I will highlight the good parts for you. Let's see: Dangerous things you should let your children do:
#1. Play with fire.
(Responsible Parenting 101: Firestarting Skills)
Check.
#2. Own a pocket knife.
Check.
#3. Throw a spear.
Check.
#4. De-construct appliances.
Check.
No picture to back #4 up, but miscellaneous electronic parts can be photographed if necessary.
#5. Drive a car.
Check. OK, that last one might be a stretch. All in good time.
At any rate, we thought it was a great video. Anyone who reaffirms what others might perceive as our more questionable parenting decisions is OK by me.

I have forwarded this blog posting to some other parental types, but have not received a response. Hmmmm. Poor kids won't have any spears, knives, fire or hot sauce. I shudder.
They are probably either condemning us or deciding if it is safe to let other people know what they let their own kids do!
