Hurry outside if you are reading this and it is sometime between 10:00 PM and midnight on Wednesday night. There is a total lunar eclipse and it looks really cool! Clearly (pun intended) this picture does not do it justice as my camera was having a hard time focusing and I was having a hard time steadying my hands as I was freezing my behind off. The next lunar eclipse won't happen for another two years. However, if you are reading this and it is already morning time, NEVER MIND!
Michael is even enjoying yet ANOTHER night of going to bed waaaaaay past his bedtime so he can catch a few glimpses. All for the sake of science and moon gazing. I will have to remind myself of this tomorrow morning when I have to wake him up. He most definitely will not be jumping out of bed in the morning. As if that were ever the case...
Speaking of Michael, we had his parent-teacher conference tonight and he received an excellent review from his teacher. We had Erickson's conference on Monday and he received a great review as well from his teacher. We are so extremely proud of both boys!

And as far as the blog goes, there is a site that some friends have turned me on to where you can publish your own books (www.blurb.com) and the finished product is supposed to be really nice looking. That is a whole can of worms that I am going to approach when I have more time!
