I have neti-potted. Can I use that as a verb? I used it last night under the careful supervision of our in-house doctor, Mike, while the boys watched from the hallway, laughing all the way. Definitely not a scene that one would want an audience for, especially as I already looked nasty not having showered all day (too much information?), but I admit that I instantly felt less clogged. But I would expect nothing less after dumping a 1/2 cup of salt water up my nose. Lovely, I know. I had a bit of a rough start as I couldnt' stop laughing at myself and how ridiculous I looked. I will say that I do feel a bit better today for all who are concerned :-) Erickson has "looked after" me all day since he doesn't have school on Thursdays.

I am a big neti fan ever since your original post on the topic. I love it... however, I learned the hard way that you should never be caught without a tissue for at least an hour after using it.
So, curiousity got the best of me and I have one thing to say....I dream of genie.
A box of tissues is definitely key.
Now, Megan, do you mean like a fancy neti pot? I've got it! You could create little neti pot covers - like teapot covers! :-)
